A Month of Discovery, Friendship, and Summer Fun

As we welcomed the warm days of July, our children at Twinklekids International Komazawa enjoyed a month filled with laughter, exploration, and meaningful learning experiences.

 

 

 

Summer gave us many opportunities to learn through play. The children delighted in outdoor adventures, where they explored nature, searched for insects, observed seasonal plants, and enjoyed spending time together in the fresh air. Every outing became a chance to discover something new while developing curiosity and appreciation for the world around them.

To stay cool during the hot weather, we also enjoyed water play and other refreshing summer activities. These experiences brought endless smiles while helping the children build confidence, coordination, and social skills as they played and cooperated with their friends.

 

 

 

Inside the classroom, creativity continued to flourish through arts and crafts, sensory activities, music, storytelling, and English learning. Each activity encouraged the children to express themselves, communicate with others, and develop their imagination in a fun and supportive environment.

 

 

 

One of the most heartwarming moments throughout the month was watching the children grow in kindness and independence. Whether helping a friend, sharing materials, or trying something new on their own, each child showed wonderful progress and a willingness to learn every day.

 

At Twinklekids International Komazawa, we believe that every experience—big or small—is an important step in a child’s growth. We are grateful to our families for their continued support and are proud of everything our children have accomplished this month.

As we look ahead to August, we are excited to continue creating joyful memories, inspiring curiosity, and providing meaningful experiences where every child can learn, grow, and shine.

 

 

 

暖かい日が続いた7月、Twinklekids International Komazawaでは、子どもたちが笑顔いっぱいに遊び、さまざまなことを探索しながら、たくさんの学びや発見を楽しみました。

 

夏ならではの遊びを通して、さまざまな経験をする機会もたくさんありました。戸外では、自然に触れながら虫を探したり、季節の植物を観察したり、お友だちと一緒に外で過ごす時間を楽しみました。一つひとつの活動が、子どもたちにとって新しい発見につながり、身の回りの世界への好奇心や興味を育む機会となりました。

暑い日には、水遊びをはじめとした夏ならではの涼しい遊びも楽しみました。子どもたちは水に触れることを思いきり楽しみながら、お友だちと一緒に遊んだり、協力したりする中で、たくさんの笑顔を見せてくれました。また、こうした遊びを通して、自信や身体の動かし方、友だちとの関わり方なども少しずつ身につけています。

 

室内でも、制作活動やセンサリーアクティビティ、音楽、絵本の読み聞かせ、英語学習など、さまざまな活動を楽しみました。一つひとつの活動を通して、子どもたちは自分の気持ちや考えを表現したり、お友だちや先生とのコミュニケーションを楽しんだりしながら、楽しく想像力を広げています。

7月を通して特に心温まる瞬間だったのは、子どもたちが優しさや自立心を育んでいる姿を見ることができたことです。お友だちを手伝ったり、物を譲り合ったり、初めてのことに自分から挑戦したりと、一人ひとりが日々の生活の中で素晴らしい成長を見せてくれました。

 

Twinklekids International Komazawaでは、一つひとつの経験が、子どもたちの成長につながる大切な一歩だと考えています。いつも温かく子どもたちの成長を支えてくださる保護者の皆さまに、心より感謝申し上げます。そして、今月もたくさんのことに挑戦し、成長した子どもたちの姿をとても嬉しく思います。

8月も、子どもたちの「やってみたい！」という気持ちや好奇心を大切にしながら、楽しい思い出をたくさん作り、一人ひとりが楽しみながら学び、成長し、自分らしく輝けるような経験ができる環境作りをしたいと思います。
